The Representative Committee's purpose is to steer the trade association on behalf of all the members and prioritise the implementation of additional services. They play a critical role in ensuring that our strategy and business plans are focused on the needs of our members and the outsourcing sector. They discuss, debate, and agree on activities to enhance and improve OutSource Europe's services.
Following the introduction of OutSource Europe to APSCo, members stand for an initial period before the committee is elected by our members and elections thereafter are held every two years. Any OutSource member can stand. A chair is then elected by the Committee and usually serves for two years. The Rep Comm meet bi-monthly.

In 2023 Oliver joined APSCo to establish APSCo OutSource Europe, the only trade body across Europe dedicated for MSP & RPO providers in professional recruitment outsourcing.
With 25 years working in the MSP & RPO of professional recruitment, Oliver has a great wealth of knowledge. Before entering professional staffing, he had a technical career in the world of digital office automation.
In 1999, Oliver gained his initial experience in the recruiting industry at Parity, where he began selling the first MSPs and VMSs in Germany and Switzerland. When Oliver later joined AMS, he was responsible for launching the first MSP and RPO program in 18 countries across EMEA.
In 2005, Oliver moved to Hays Germany, where he successfully built the MSP and RPO business from zero. As Managing Director EMEA and with a lot of entrepreneurial spirit, he successfully established and developed Hays Talent Solutions into the leading MSP and RPO provider in professional recruiting throughout continental Europe.
In 2021 Oliver established his own start-up business. The aim of his company is to establish digital recruitment solutions. With ZNAPP, the company launched a reverse recruitment platform 2023. After the successful launch of ZNAPP, Oliver decided to step out of its operations , but stay as a major shareholder.

Benjamin has over a decade of experience in the recruitment, talent management, and MSP sectors. Before joining AgileOne, he held key positions at PSYfiers AG, The Adecco Group, and Michael Page International. He successfully managed integrated MSP, VMS, RPO, Payroll, and IC Compliance programs in these roles, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the University of Lucerne and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He is fluent in German and English and has a professional command of French.
Benjamin resides in Switzerland, is married, and has two children. His commitment to delivering exceptional client solutions and extensive background in staffing, supplier management, and workforce acquisition technology make him a valuable asset to AgileOne and its clients.
